Repair And Maintenance Services Of Firefighting Equipment – ​​Composite Framework Agreement For The Operation And Maintenance Of External Fire Defense Installations And Networks (Deci). The Services To Be Carried Out Under This Framework Agreement Are Broken Down As Follows: Operation And Maintenance Services For Decis Installations And Networks, Including In Particular: - Preventive Maintenance Operations, - Corrective Maintenance Operations (Palliative, Curative), - Regulatory Control Services (Excluding Electrical Installations Of The Premises) This Single-Award Composite Framework Agreement Is Broken Down Into Two Parts As Follows: Part 1 Flat-Rate: Fixed-Rate Services The Fixed-Rate Part Covers Recurring Operating And Preventive Maintenance Of External Fire Protection Installations (Deci). These Services, Carried Out Continuously Over The Duration Of The Contract, Are Defined In Article 4.4 Of The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp), Relating To Operating And Preventive Maintenance Services Carried Out On A Fixed Price Basis. They Give Rise To An Annual Fixed Remuneration, As Indicated In The Breakdown Of The Overall And Fixed Price (Dpgf). Part 2 With Purchase Orders: Services At Unit Prices The Part With Purchase Orders Concerns One-Off Corrective Maintenance Services, As Defined In Article 4.5 Of The Cctp. These Services Are Remunerated On The Basis Of The Unit Prices Appearing In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu). This Purchase Order Part Is Subject To A Maximum Annual Amount Set At 160,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, Applicable To The Initial Period As Well As To Each Renewal Period. The Aforementioned Maximum Amount Only Applies To Services Performed By Purchase Orders.
