Work Detail
Construction Work – Air Conditioning Systems. The Altenahr Municipality Intends To Renovate The Realschule-Plus In Altenahr, Which Was Flooded During The Flood Disaster In July 2021. Structure The Existing Buildings Are Of Solid Construction. The Building Has Three Floors And Parts Are Single Floor. Below The Ground Floor There Is A Heating Center And An Extensive Crawl Space With A Low Ceiling Height. The Roof Surfaces Consist Of Hipped, Gable, Pitched And Flat Roofs. The Roof Areas Will Be Partially Demolished And Replaced. The Outer Walls Are Covered With Etics, Which Has Already Been Dismantled To A Height Of Approx. 4.50M Above The Ground And Will Be Completely Renewed. The Exterior Window And Door Systems, The Drainage Of All Roof Areas, As Well As The Interior Fittings And Building Technology Will Also Be Completely Renewed. The Building Will Also Have A Lift For Barrier-Free Access To The Upper Floors. As Part Of This Project, A Central Supply And Exhaust Air System Will Be Installed In The Suspended Ceiling Of The Toilet Rooms. The Main Services Include: Construction Of The Central System: The Supply And Exhaust Air System Is Placed In A Technical Room On The 1St Floor. The Supply And Exhaust Air Lines Are Routed In The Suspended Ceiling Of The Offices And The Toilet Rooms On The Ground Floor To Ensure A Space-Saving And Efficient Solution For Air Supply And Exhaust. It Is Dimensioned With Sufficient Delivery Capacity. The Laboratory Fume Hoods/Digestoria In The Nawi Rooms On The 2Nd Floor Are Connected To The Exhaust Fans On The Roof Via A Piping System. When The Laboratory Fume Hoods Are Switched On, The Exhaust Air From The Decentralized Floor-Standing Devices Is Throttled In A Speed-Controlled Manner By The Volume Flow Of The Digester, So That Additional Flow Is Possible And A Balanced Pressure Ratio Is Achieved. The Classrooms Receive Decentralized Ventilation Units As Free-Standing Units. One Device With An Outside Air Volume Flow Of 800 M3/H Is Provided For Each Classroom. The Exhaust And Outside Air Ducts Are Routed In The Classrooms Via Insulated (Vapor Diffusion-Tight) Folded Spiral Pipe To The Blind Window Elements With The Exhaust/Outside Air Grilles. The Cables Are Packaged On Site (Kg300). The Installation Is Carried Out In Accordance With Current Standards And Regulations To Guarantee Optimal Ventilation Of The Toilet Rooms And To Allow Efficient Ventilation.
