The Assignment Concerns Carrying Out Design Research And Drawing Up An Integrated Development Vision For The Strategic Project Denderknoop: From Rail To Dender. Towards A Spatial (Re)Development Of The Station Environments Of Denderleeuw And Liedekerke. This Development Takes Place In Conjunction With The Surrounding Station Environments, (Water-Sensitive) Residential Areas And Industrial Estates. The Goal Is To Draw Up A Coherent Vision For The Entire Study Area, With Both Area-Wide Strategies And Detailed Partial Insights For Specific Zones (Zooms). The Assignment Consists Of A Fixed Part With 6 Partial Assignments And A Conditional Part. The Fixed Part Is An Assignment With Mixed Price Determination. The Conditional Part Is An Order Against A Price List. The Conditional Part Is Carried Out Under The Same Conditions As The Fixed Part. Tenderers Commit Themselves To Both Parts With Their Tender. For The Permanent Part, The Contract Holder Must Carry Out The Following Sub-Assignments In Order To Arrive At The Development Vision: 1. Refining The Spatial Analysis And Tightening The Design Brief; 2. Vision Formation: Drafting A Narrative, Spatial Framework And Scenario Research For The Zooms; 3. Drawing Up The Final Integrated Development Vision; 4. Drawing Up An Implementation Strategy; 5. Supervising Co-Creative Work Sessions; 6. Providing Support At Consultation Moments And Being Responsible For Reporting. The Conditional Part Concerns Parts That Can Be Ordered Additionally By A Number Of Partners On Their Own Budget.
