The Main Final Goal Of The Energy Renovation/Modernization Measures Of The Existing Building Is To Reduce The Need And Consumption Of Final, Respectively Primary Energy From Non-Renewable Sources, Under The Conditions Of Ensuring The Minimum Comfort Conditions (Thermal, Visual, Air Quality, But Also Acoustic). This Purchase Contributes To The Fulfillment Of The Objectives Communicated Both At The Regional Level By Adr South Muntenia And At The Level Of The Local Public Administration. The Degree Of Complexity Of This Works Contract Is Very High Because: - The Contract Also Includes Intellectual Services For The Realization Of Which Specialized Personnel With High Specific Experience Must Be Ensured; - Complex Design Services Must Be Provided In Several Specialties; - The Designed Technical Solution Must Ensure The Compliance Of The Building In Terms Of Fire Safety Requirements; - The Designed Technical Solution And The Installations/Equipment Proposed To Be Installed And Put Into Operation Must Ensure At The End Of The Works A Total Specific Consumption Of No More Than 49.71 Kwh/M2 Year; - Several Categories Of Works Must Be Executed; - The Contact Must Be Successfully Completed In No More Than 21 Months, Of Which No More Than 3 (Three) Months For The Elaboration Of The Technical Documentation And No More Than 18 Months For The Execution Of All The Designed Works; - The Additional (Related) Works Recommended To Be Added To The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Are The Following: • Repair Of The Construction Elements Of The Facade That Present A Potential Danger Of Detachment And Affect The Functionality Of The Building; • The Repair Of The Roof Frame, Including The Repair Of The Meteor Water Collection System At The Level Of The Envelope; • Restoration Of The Interior Finishes In The Intervention Areas; • Repair Of Protective Sidewalks, In Order To Eliminate Infiltrations To The Buildings Infrastructure; • Repair/Replacement Of The Cold Water Distribution System And/Or Household And/Or Rainwater Collectors; • Creation Of Facilities/Adaptation Of Infrastructure For People With Disabilities (Access Ramps) And Other Additional Sustainable Development Measures; • Realization Of An Integrated Management System Of The Equipment Related To The Building; • Rehabilitation/Modernization Of The Forts Electrical Installation, Replacement Of Damaged Or Undersized Electrical Circuits. • Compliance Of The Building In Terms Of Fire Safety Requirements; • Conformation Of The Building From The Point
