Contract Duration: 48 Months, Of Which: - 12 Months For Design Services And - 36 Months For The Execution Of Works Estimated Value Without Vat: 81,149,100.00 Lei - Project Update: 380,089.00 Lei, Without Vat - Execution Of Works: 80,206,046.00 Lei, Without Vat - Site Organization 562,971.00 Lei, Excluding Vat The Deadline By Which Any Economic Operator Interested In Participating In The Public Procurement Procedure Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation Is 18 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Contracting Entity Establishes 2 (Two) Deadlines In Which It Will Respond To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information, As Follows: • The Contracting Entity Will Respond Within A First Deadline Of 25 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers To All Requests For Clarification Addressed By The Economic Operator In The Interval From The Publication Of The Award Documentation And Until The Date On Which The Deadline Is Met 35 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers; • The Contracting Entity Will Respond In A 2Nd Period 11 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers To The Rest Of The Requests For Clarification Addressed 18 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Entity Reserves The Right To Publish The Answers To The Clarifications In This 2Nd Term For Which The Answers Should Be Published In The First Term Indicated Above. The 2 (Two) Deadlines For Responding To Clarifications Do Not Affect The Right Of The Economic Operator To Address Requests For Clarifications During The Entire Period That Elapses From The Moment Of Publication Of The Notice Of Participation And Until The 18Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers Established By The Contracting Entity.
