The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Entrust To A Concessionaire The Management And Operation Of The Bookstore-Boutique On The François-Mitterrand Site Of The Bibliothèque Nationale De France (Paris 13Th Arr.) With A View To Marketing Items Intended For Visitors To The Site (Reading Rooms, Exhibitions, Etc.) And For Destination Customers. This Consultation Does Not Give Rise To A Public Contract But To A Service Concession Contract, The Draft Of Which Is Attached To The Consultation.
