Based On The Results Of The Work, Notes Are Made In The Technical (Service) Maintenance Journal; 4) The Supplier Provides Consultations And Recommendations On The Operation Of The Equipment, Both Directly On Site And By Telephone, Fax, E-Mail, Etc.; 5) If During Maintenance And Repairs Non-Functioning Spare Parts Of Elevators Are Identified, The Customer Must Be Informed Within 1 (One) Hour From The Moment The Malfunction Is Discovered. The Customer Must Be Provided With The Complaint Documentation (Defective Report) For The Required Set Of Spare Parts And Purchase Them; 6) Provide A Monthly Report On The Work Done; 7) In Case Of Late Detection Of A Breakdown, The Service Provider Is Responsible, Since The Equipment Was Not Checked At The Proper Level; 8) The Supplier Carries Out: Regular Periodic Full Inspection And Audit Of Equipment According To The Approved Regulations; 9) The Supplier Ensures The Timely Correct Selection Of High-Quality Components And Spare Parts That Correspond To The Parameters And Characteristics Of The Equipment, In Order To Avoid More Complex Breakdowns That Cause Harm And Equipment Downtime; 10) Service For Technical Inspection And Diagnostics Of A Passenger Elevator (16 Elevators-Inspection)
