Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 2.1. Carrying Out Renovation Works On Vacant Buildings, Including Construction Works (Including Preparatory And Reconstruction Works, Waste Disposal And Storage, Execution Of Masonry, Plastering And Flooring Works, Replacement Of Floor Coverings, Painting, Replacement Of Windows And Doors), Installation Works Inside The Building (Including Works: Water And Sewage Installations, Installation Of Devices And Utensils, Gas Installations, Installation Of Devices, Central Heating Installations, Installation Of Devices), Electrical Works (Including Installation Cables, Installation Of Accessories, Installation Of Devices, Tests And Measurements). 2.2. Works That Always Occur: Refreshing The Premises, I.E. Painting, Repairing Plaster And Replacing Devices Such As Bathtubs, Washbasins, Stoves, Etc. 2.3. Due To The Very Large Diversification Of The Scope Of Renovation, The Scope Of Work Will Each Time Be Settled By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of The Quantity Of Works, Unit Prices Resulting From The Offer Cost Estimate And As-Built Cost Estimate For The Scope Of Works Not Covered By The Offer, Prepared On The Basis Of The Typing Report, Quantity Of Works, In Accordance With The Unit Prices Appearing In The Offer Cost Estimate, And According To The Prices And Rates Of Price Drivers Provided By Contractor In The Offer. 2.7. The Purchase Prices Of Other Materials Not Included In The Offer Will Be Calculated In The Amount Of The Average Prices With Purchase Costs Published In Sekocenbud Bulletins From The Quarter In Which The Work Was Performed, And In The Absence Of Such Prices, The Inspector May Request Access To The Purchase Invoices For The Material Or Device. 2.8.
