The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And The Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works (Design And Build Formula) For The Task Titled: Energy Modernization Of The Multifunctional Peoples House In Kluszkowce, In Order To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of The Facility. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Task 1 - Development Of Complete Design And Construction Documentation, Including, Among Others: - Preparation Of An Architectural, Construction And Installation Inventory For Design Purposes; - Development Of Design Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Works (Construction Design And Other Studies Required By Regulations And Swz); - Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Administrative Arrangements, Including Conservation Arrangements - To The Extent Resulting From The Project; - Preparation Of Documents Necessary To Start The Works And To Complete Them In Accordance With The Construction Law (Including - If Applicable - Documents For The Occupancy Permit). Task 2 - Execution Of Construction Works, Including: - Thermal Modernization Of Building Partitions (Including Insulation Of External Walls Above And Below The Ground And Insulation Of The Roof/Ceilings), Along With Accompanying Works Resulting From The Technology And Condition Of The Facility; - Replacement Of Joinery External: Windows And Doors; - Modernization Of The Heat Source And Construction Of Heating Installations - System Based On Biomass (Pellet) Along With Automation, Commissioning And Staff Training; Execution Of Central Heating/Hot Water Installation To The Extent Resulting From The Design And Audit; - Modernization Of Built-In Lighting And Adaptation Of The Electrical Installation To The Necessary Extent; - Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation (Res) Along With Connection To The Internal Installation And Security Measures; Solutions Consistent With The Ffu, Design And Operators Requirements; - Ensuring Accessibility - Delivery And Installation Of An Internal Vertical Lift/Platform In A Self-Supporting Shaft Along With The Necessary Construction Works And Approvals For Use (To The Extent Resulting From The Regulations); - Implementation Of Environmental And Ict Elements And Activities Indicated In The Ffu (E.G.
