Repair And Replacement Of Internal Water Supply, Sewage, Central Heating, Gas And Hot Water Installations, 2. Checking The Condition Of Water Installations And Removing Leaks, Sealing Water Valves In The Installation To Shut-Off Valves In Apartments And Replacing Them, 3. Unblocking, Sealing Risers, Sewage Levels And Vent Pipes, Eliminating Leaks, Unblocking Sewage Wells (Within The Boundaries Of The Property), 4. Carrying Out Or Participating In Periodic Inspections Of The Technical Condition Of Dry Risers And Fire Protection Devices. And Removal Of Identified Faults And Irregularities, 5. Maintenance Of Intake Valves At Street Wells, 6. Periodic Technical Inspections Of Gas Installations In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Preparation Of Appropriate Documentation In This Field, 7. Maintenance Of Pipes, Valves And Removal Of Their Leaks, 8. Performance Of Maintenance, Repairs And Inspections Of Gas Installations In Apartments, 9. Performance Of Ad Hoc And Periodic Tightness Tests Of Gas Installations, 10. Maintenance And Repair Of Central Heating Installations And Devices And C.C.W. Including Sealing Radiator Valves, 11. Replenishing Insulation In Installations, Venting Hot Water Installations. And Central Heating Including Radiators, 12. Rinsing Radiators, Unblocking Risers And Radiator Branches, 13. Carrying Out Renovations With The Use Of Material Provided By The Tenant (Warranty For The Material On The Tenants Side), 14. Other Repairs And Maintenance In Municipal Premises According To The Needs And Instructions Of The Ordering Party, 15. Receiving Reports (Failures From Residents In The Above-Mentioned Scope On Working Days And Holidays On The 2Nd Floor And 3Rd Shift). 16. Other Current Repairs And Maintenance In Municipal Premises According To The Needs And Instructions Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires Part And Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Persons Performing The Indicated Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, I.E.
