1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Standard Software For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Gdańsk. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Within The Basic Scope Of The Agreement With The Possibility Of Implementing The Optional Scope Of The Agreement.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Within The Basic Scope (As Defined In The Ipu), The Successive Delivery Of Software In The Forecast Number Specified In The Opz And The Offer Form. 2) Within The Optional Scope (As Defined In The Ipu): A) Successive Delivery Of Products, Within The Total Pool Of The Optional Scope, B) Extension Of The Agreement Implementation Deadline By An Additional Period Indicated In The Ipu.
