. The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Provision Of The Service Of Preparation And Delivery Of Lunches For Participants Of The Care And Housing Center In Zaręby Kościelne.2. The Order Will Be Processed 7 Days A Week From February 1, 2026 To February 28, 2026 For 6 People For A 24-Hour Stay (Lunch, I.E. 7 Days A Week From Monday To Sunday, Also On Non-Working Days And Holidays) And 18 People For A Daily Stay (Lunch, On Working Days From Monday To Friday).3. The Care And Housing Center In Zaręby Kościelne, After Consultation With The Contractor, Will Have The Ability To Change The Number Of Meals, And The Center Will Keep The Contractor Informed About Each Change By 8:30 On The Day Of Order Fulfillment By Phone Or E-Mail.4. Deliveries Will Be Made Once A Day At 12.30 – 13.00.5. Meals Referred To In Section 2 Should Meet The Requirements Taking Into Account Caloric Demand And Nutritional Requirements For People With Disabilities.6. Five Times A Week It Should Be A Meat Meal (With A Weight Of At Least 100G/Piece Of Meat As A Whole) And Salad, Salad Or Other Side Dish.7. Dishes Should Be Easily Digestible, Prepared From High-Quality, Fresh, Natural, Minimally Processed Ingredients With A Limited Amount Of Additional Substances - Preservatives, Thickeners, Colors Or Artificially Flavored.8. The Menu Should Consist Mainly Of Boiled, Baked And Stewed Dishes, Occasionally Fried.9. Meals Should Be Delivered In Thermally Insulated Thermoses With Pzh Certificate Intended For Food Transport.10. Meals Should Be Delivered On Site To The Care And Housing Center In Zaręby Kościelne At The Contractors Expense.11. Food Samples Will Be Collected And Stored By The Supplier In Accordance With Art. 72 Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 2021, As Amended) And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of April 17, 2007 On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed Catering Establishments (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 80, Item 545, As Amended)12. The Monthly Menu Will Include Information On Allergens In Accordance With The Regulation Of The European Parliament No. 1169/2011 Of October 25, 2011 On The Provision Of Information On Food To Consumers And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development Of June 22, 2020 Amending The Regulation On The Labeling Of Individual Types Of Foodstuffs (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1149).13. The Contractor Will Submit A Menu Proposal For Approval, Including A Monthly Scope Of Meals In Advance.14. Monthly Settlement Mode: Invoice Issued By The 5Th Of The Following Month, Payable Within 14 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Invoice From The Contractor.15. Place Of Service: Care And Housing Center In Zaręby Kościelne, Ul. Kowalska 13, 07-323 Zaręby Kościelne.
