The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Bread And Confectionery Products, Including: Bread - Various Types, Rolls - Various Types, Breadcrumbs, Cakes - Various Types, Donuts, Bakers Yeast For The Vocational Activity Plant In Czarne. Bread And Confectionery Products Included In The Delivery Should Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Mass Catering Establishments, I.E., Among Others: - Quality Standards Or Certificates, - Marking, Including The Date Of Minimum Durability And Expiration Date, - Appropriate Method Of Transporting Goods - Maintaining Separate Transport, - The Delivered Assortment Must Be Free Of Physical And Biochemical Damage That Reduces Its Utility Value, - Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle.2. Products Must Be Delivered Packed In Collective Boxes That Are Clean And Disinfected Daily.3. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Contract Actually Ordered And Delivered. The Obligatory Scope Of The Order, I.E. The Minimum (Guaranteed) Quantities, Is 50% Of The Gross Contract Value.4.
