The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Sanitary Transport Services For A Period Of 24 Months For The Municipal Hospital. Franciszek Raszei In Poznań. Package No. 1 - Transport Of Patients Within The City Of Poznań (Transport Team, Rescue Team Or Specialist Medical Team). Patients Must Be Transported In A Lying Position In A Sanitary Car That Meets The Requirements Of The Sanitary Epidemiological Station. As Part Of The Transport Service, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Pick Up The Patient From The Ward (Assistance In Transferring The Patient From The Bed To The Ambulance) And Bring Him (If Necessary, Bring Him) To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (Apartment, Clinic, Other Hospital). The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Service On Working Days, Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays, 24 Hours A Day. The Contractor Must Appear At The Ordering Partys Office In Response To Each Telephone Call, No Later Than 30 Minutes From The Time Of Calling. Transport Team: Driver + Rescuer - The Estimated Number Of Transports Is 10 Transports Per Month; Rescue Team: 2 Rescuers - The Estimated Number Of Transports Is 15 Transports Per Month; Specialist Medical Team: Doctor + 2 Rescuers - The Estimated Number Of Transports Is 7 Transports Per Month.
