The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct Training Entitled: The Role Of A Teacher Of Practical Vocational Training In Shaping Attitudes Towards Gender Equality For Ten Teachers At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. Number Of Training Participants: 10 People - One Training Group. Duration Of Training: 8 Teaching Hours (1 Teaching Hour = 45 Minutes) Plus Time For A Coffee Break Each Day Of The Training. Final Training Dates (Final Training Schedule) Will Be Determined After Signing The Contract. Place Of Training: Stationary, Room At The Headquarters Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Conducting An 8-Hour Course For 10 People (1 Training Group)2. Remuneration Of Trainers Conducting The Training;3. Transport Costs Of Trainers To The Training Site;4. Cost Of Certificates Confirming Participants Participation In The Training.5. Development And Distribution Of Training Materials Among Participants In An Amount Corresponding To The Number Of Participants; The Substantive Scope Of The Training Should Include The Following Issues: 1. Discussion Of Stereotypes Related To The Division Into Male And Female Professions And Their Impact On Students Educational Choices And Careers.2. Analysis Of Implicit Biases That May Appear In Everyday School Practice.3. Learning To Use Gender-Neutral Language In Communication With Students And In Teaching Materials.4. Discuss Strategies That Encourage Girls To Engage In Traditionally Masculine Occupations (E.G., Computer Science, Mechanics) And Boys To Engage In Feminine Occupations (E.G., Care And Service Occupations).5. Designing Group Tasks And Projects That Promote Cooperation And Respect For Diversity.6. Identifying And Responding To Incidents Of Gender-Based Discrimination Or Aggression.7. Discussing The Role Of The Teacher As A Mediator In Conflicts Based On Gender Stereotypes.8. Practicing Reactions To Difficult Situations And Conducting Open Conversations About Equality With Students - Practical Workshops.
