Renovation Of Part Of The Stronie Hotel, I.E. Level -1 And Level O, Along With Reconstruction Of The Facade Of The Building At Ul. Kościuszki 20 In Stronie Śląskie, Flooded As A Result Of The Flood Of September 15, 2024. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Titled: Renovation Of Part Of The Stronie Hotel, I.E. Level -1 And Level O, Together With The Reconstruction Of The Facade Of The Building At Ul. Kościuszki 20 In Stronie Śląskie, Flooded As A Result Of The Flood Of September 15, 2024, Including In Particular The Implementation Of: Insulation, Floors, Plasters, Suspended Ceilings, Disassembly And Assembly Of A Passenger Lift, Door Joinery, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Central Heating Installation, Heating, Bowling Alley In Accordance With The Construction Documentation And Interior Design Design. The Order Will Be Processed At An Operational Facility (I.E. Operating In Full Scope Of The Hotel). Therefore, The Construction Works Performed Require Special Caution In Carrying Out The Work, In Particular The Use Of Appropriate Safeguards And Covers Enabling The Functioning Of The Facility And Maintaining The Work Area In Proper Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Such A Way As Not To Disturb The Operation Of The Facility And Ensure The Safety Of People Staying At The Hotel Strona. Works Requiring A Temporary Shutdown Of The Energy Supply, As Well As The Possible Shutdown Of Water And Sewage Equipment And Technological Heat, Must Be Organized After Prior Consultation With The Ordering Party. Work Schedulethe Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Detailed Material And Financial Schedule Approved By The Ordering Party. Construction Works Included In The Material And Financial Schedule Should Ensure The Implementation Of The Task Divided Into Two Consecutive Stages: Stage I - Renovation Of Part Of The Stronie Hotel, I.E. Level -1, Including, Among Others: Bowling Alley, Hall And Pub Facilities; Stage Ii - Renovation Of Part Of The Stronie Hotel, I.E. Level O, Including, Among Others: The Hall And The Back Room Of The Restaurant, The Door Joinery Of The Kitchen And The Back Room.
