1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Thermal Modernization Together With The Reconstruction And Accompanying Works Of The Building Of The Village Cultural Center In Mieszków (Ul. Dworcowa 11A, Mieszków) And Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled Thermal Modernization Of Public Buildings In The Jarocin Commune. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Obtain For The Ordering Party A Positive Position Of The State Fire Service And The State Sanitary Inspectorate (If Required) And To Obtain No Objection To The Notice Of Completion Of Construction Submitted By The Contractor (To The Ordering Party) (Or Obtain A Building Use Permit) - If Required.
