The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work - Reconstruction Of City Apartments. The Reconstruction Of Urban Apartments Is Influenced By Existing Leases And The Operational And Financial Capabilities Of The Client. The Contracting Authority Assumes That During Each Calendar Year (2027, 2028 And 2029) It Will Renovate 32 City Apartments, While It Is Bound By Its Budgetary Possibilities, When It Assumes That It Will Have Allocated Funds In The City Budget In The Amount Of Czk 30,000,000 (Including Vat) / Year. Individual City Apartments Intended For Reconstruction Will Be Handed Over To The Supplier According To The Operational And Financial Capabilities Of The Contracting Authority (It Is Necessary To Discuss The Release Of Apartments With The Tenants On An Ongoing Basis, Which Is Ensured By The Contracting Authority). Construction Work Will Mainly Consist Of: - Reconstruction Of The Existing Housing Core, I.E.
