The Procurement Department Of North Karelia Is Asking For An Offer For The Automation Contract For The New Construction And Modification Works Of The Rääkkylä School. The Form Of Contract For The Realization Of The Object Is A Shared Contract. The Contractor For The Construction Works Acts As The Main Contractor And As The Main Executor As Defined By The Legislation (Yse 1998 §4). The Goal Is That Work Can Be Started On The New Construction Part In The Week Of 10-12 / 2026. The Work Must Be Ready In All Respects No Later Than August 31, 2027. The Builder Requires That The Contractor Has Familiarized Himself With The Conditions Of The Construction Site Before Submitting An Offer. If The Bidder Has Not Familiarized Himself With The Site Before Submitting The Bid, The Bid Will Be Rejected. Two (2) Separate Presentation Events Will Be Organized At The Site; 1St Screening Time On Monday 19.01.2026 From 12:00 To 15:00 And 2Nd Screening Time On Thursday 22.01.2026 From 12:00 To 15:00.
