The Object Of The Acquisition Is Banking Services, Including Payment Brokerage, Cash Handling, Interest On Accounts Used In Payment Transactions, Credit Limit Attached To A Payment Business Account, Data Transfer Service And Other Services Related To The Management Of Account Management Tools. Money Loans Are Not Included In The Purchased Service. The More Detailed Content Is Defined In Appendix 2 Of The Request For Tenders, Description Of Service Needs. In The Procurement Procedure, One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected For A Four (4) Year Contract Period From 1 June 2026 To 31 May 2030. The Agreement Includes The Possibility Of A Two (2) Year Option Period For The Period 1 June 2030 - 31 May 2032. The Customer Aims To Centralize The Banking Services That Are The Subject Of The Tender Request To The Selected Supplier. The Contract Does Not Give The Winner Of The Competition The Exclusive Right To Supply The Customer With The Services Covered By The Contract. The Subscriber Has Other Minor Services At Other Banks Or Other Service Providers, And The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Hold Individual Payment Business Accounts And Service Agreements At Other Financial Institutions In Order To Manage The Risks Of Disruptions Related To Payment Transactions And Money Handling. The Service Provided Must Meet The Requirements Based On The Law In Force During The Contract Period Or The Decree Or Official Order Issued Pursuant To It And Which Are In Force At The Time Of The Contract Or Which Were Then Published And Stipulated To Come Into Force During The Contract Period During. The Service Products May Change During The Contract Period Due To The Development Of Payment Services And/Or Regulations Regarding The Services. These Changes Can Be Made To The Contract Between The Customer And The Supplier By Joint Decision. If The Changes Have An Impact On The Costs, These Will Be Agreed Between The Parties In A Separate Agreement.
