In Many Cases Of Development Objects Being Built In The City Of Tartu, The Developer Is Tasked With Building Roads And Sidewalks With The Obligation To Hand Them Over To The City After Completion, After Which They Become The Citys Public Roads. The City Of Tartu Has Signed Mutual Agreements With The Developers, Based On Which The Citys Task Is To Order Owner Supervision Of The Objects Built By The Developers. In Order To Ensure Compliance With The Technological Requirements Of The Construction Works, The Compliance Of The Materials Used With The Requirements And The Quality Of The Final Result Of The Work, As A Result Of This Tender, An Agency Contract For The Provision Of Owner Supervision Services On Road Construction Objects Being Built By Developers In The City Of Tartu (Including The Construction Of Street Lighting, The Construction Of Storm Water Drainage) Is Concluded With The Aim Of Providing A Professional And Good Practice Owner Supervision Service.
