The Object Of The Service Is The Supply Of Office Supplies In Two Lots (Lot 1: Office Supplies, Lot 2: Hanging Binders) To All Operating Offices Of The Munich Upper Bavaria Student Union And The Daycare Centers Of The Student Parent-Child Initiative Support Association. The Aim Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One (1) Company Per Lot. The Term Begins On May 1St, 2026 And Ends On April 30Th, 2028. There Is A One-Time Option For An Extension Of Two Years, At The Latest Until April 30, 2030. The Contract Is Automatically Extended By 2 Years Unless Canceled At Least 6 Months Before The End Of The Contract. After The Optional Extension, The Contractual Relationship Ends Automatically On April 30, 2030, Without The Need For Termination. The Contract Ends When The Total Quota Specified In The Tender Documents Is Reached, Including Before The Expiry Of The Above-Mentioned Deadline.
