Marienstraße Childrens Home, New Building And Partial Renovation (Kimar), Marienstraße 1, 93053 Regensburg The Childrens House Consists Of 2 Components. A Massive Existing Building And One To Be Built Wooden Extension Part. The Existing Building Consists Of Brick Masonry On The Ground Floor And Upper Floor As Well As Concrete In The Basement Partly Provided With Internal Insulation. The Existing Interior Plaster Surfaces Are Partly To Be Removed (Approx. 270 M2) And Partly To Be Added (Approx. 60 M2). Old Coatings Must Be Removed (Approx. 390 M2) And Areas Must Be Solidified (Approx. 350 M2). New Masonry Walls In The Existing Building Are Plastered Over The Entire Area (Approx. 160 M2). A Layer Of Felt Is Pulled Over All Old Interior Wall Surfaces As A Finish (Approx. 750 M2). Some Of The Technical Rooms In The Basement Need To Be Painted (Approx. 400 M2
