The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Design And Implementation Of Water Purification Technology For A Natural Swimming Pool So That Water Quality And Other Related Parameters Meet The Requirements Of Generally Binding Legal Regulations, Applicable Technical Standards And This Procurement Documentation, Including Its Annexes. Part Of The Scope Of Performance Is The Processing Of The Complete Project Documentation Of The Water Treatment Technology Facility (Ps 04) In Accordance With The Relevant Legal Regulations As A Basis For Making Changes To The Plan Before Completion, Including Securing The Opinion Of The Public Health Protection Authority. Furthermore, The Processing Of Documents For The Modification Of The Project Documentation For The Implementation Of The Construction And For The Completion Of Construction Works In Relation To The 2Nd And 4Th Stages Of The Construction Of The Natural Swimming Pool, Including The Provision Of The Necessary Cooperation To The Client And The Contractor Of These Design Works, The Implementation Of Related Earthworks And The Commissioning Of The Supplied Water Purification Technology, Including Subsequent Support During Operation. The Fulfillment Will Be Divided Into 4 Phases. The Content Of The Individual Phases, Including The Deadlines In Which These Phases Are To Be Implemented, Is Specified In Detail In Annexes No. 1 And 3 Of The Procurement Documentation. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In The Annexes To The Procurement Documentation.
