The Construction Work To Be Awarded Relates To The Expansion Of Gtu Ags Existing District Heating Network In The Unterschleißheim Urban Area. The Services Essentially Include The Construction Of A Ring Line In The Unterschleissheim Industrial Area As Well As The Construction Of Individual Branch Lines. The Services Are To Be Carried Out On The Following Streets: Carl-Von-Linde-Straße (West), Robert-Bosch-Straße, Edisonstraße, Siemensstraße And Carl-Von-Linde-Straße (East). A Total Of Six House Connections Must Be Created Including Installation And Connection Of The Heat Transfer Stations. Five Commercial Properties And One Residential Property Are To Be Connected To The Gtu Ag District Heating Network, Four Of Which Are Existing Buildings At Edisonsstrasse 1, 2 + 4, 6 + 8 And At Siemensstrasse 19, As Well As Two New Buildings At Siemensstrasse 2 / 2A (Residential Building) And Siemensstrasse 16. The Services Include The Following Dimensions And Quantities: (1) Civil Engineering Work: Approx. 4,700 M³ Of Excavation, Approx. 1,600 M³ Frost Protection Layer, Approx. 7,300 M² Asphalt Area, Approx. 1,700 M³ Coarse Sand (Coating Of The Pipe). (2) Pipe Construction Work: Laying Of Plastic Jacket Pipelines: 20 Meters Of Dn 32, 40 Meters Of Dn 65, 60 Meters Of Dn 80, 140 Meters Of Dn 100, 175 Meters Of Dn 125, 1930 Meters Of Dn 200 (3) 6 District Heating House Connections Between Dn 32 And Dn 100 (4) 2,500 M Expansion Of The Existing Fiber Optic Network, Including Empty Pipe System (5) Installations: Installation Of 6 District Heating Transfer Stations Between 80 Kw And 1,000 Kw The Construction Work Must Be Carried Out With (At Least) Two Columns.
