Individual City Apartments Intended For Reconstruction Will Be Handed Over To The Supplier According To The Operational And Financial Capabilities Of The Contracting Authority (It Is Necessary To Discuss The Release Of Apartments With The Tenants On An Ongoing Basis, Which Is Ensured By The Contracting Authority).
