The Purpose Of The Request For Proposals Is To Ensure The Operation Of The Document Management System In 2026 And 2027 For Municipalities Participating In The Asp 2.0 Project Operated Through The Asp Center (See Annex 3). Subject Of The Procurement, Tasks To Be Performed By The Bidder: ● L3 Support Tasks ● Expert Support Tasks The Detailed Description Of The Tasks Is Contained In Point 3 Of The Technical Description. Currently, 3,179 Municipalities And 19 County Municipalities Are Connected To The Asp System, Of Which 34 Are In Interface Form, And The Number Of Endpoints Is 1,318. When Performing The Tasks, The Tenderer Created The Following Settlement Segments: ⮚ Settlements With Less Than 10,000 Inhabitants (3,009 Settlements), ⮚ Settlements With 10,001-20,000 Inhabitants (85 Settlements), ⮚ Settlements With More Than 20,000 Inhabitants (Except Cities With County Rights, Capital Districts And The Capital) (33 Settlements), ⮚ A Cities With County Status (12 Settlements), ⮚ Capital Districts (6 Districts), ⮚ County Self-Government (19 Settlements) ⮚ Special Economic Zones (2 Units). In The Case Of The Settlements (34) Connected In The Form Of An Interface, There Is No Task To Be Performed, Therefore They Are Not Part Of This Request For Proposals. As Part Of Support, The Contractor Must Provide The Following Services: - Compliance With Legislation, - Version Control, - Compatibility Testing Related To The Tasks Performed As Part Of Support Activities, - Maintenance Of Documentation, - Handling Of Errors. The Details Of The Services To Be Provided In The Framework Of Support Are Contained In Point 3.1 Of The Technical Description. The Tasks To Be Performed Are Detailed In The Technical Description And The Draft Contract, Which Form Part Of The Public Procurement Documents.
