The Concession Granted By The Municipality Concerns Paper Displays Or Other Types Of Displays Authorized By The Authority, I.E. The Installation, For A Period Limited To Three Months Maximum, Of Paper Placards On Display Supports (Unlit). Digital Or Illuminated Media Are Prohibited Under This Concession. The Concession Covers The Following Types Of Displays: Commercial Displays, Cultural Displays, Displays In Favor Of The Municipality And Political Displays. The Concessionaire Has The Exclusive Right To Post Posters On Locations Authorized For This Purpose Located In The Public And Private Domain Of The Municipality. In Compliance With Legal, Regulatory And Contractual Provisions, The Dealer Uses The Display Areas Granted, In Particular Through Their Sale To Third-Party Advertisers For Their Advertising. The Dealer Itself Ensures The Operation Of The Display Areas And All Obligations Arising From The Concession. Excluded From The Concession: - Displays Within The Interior Of Sports Facilities; - Free And Ideal Display, Managed By The Municipality Services; - The Display Relating To The Sale Or Rental Of Funds On Which It Is Located; - The Display Relating To The Exercise Of An Industry Or A Trade Located On The Same Property; - Display Outside Locations Validated By The Municipality; - Temporary Mobile Municipal Display.
