The Contract For Delegating The Management Of The Public Sanitation Service Involves The Separate Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste And Other Flows, Street Sanitation And Snow Removal Involves The Delegation By Awarding A Public Procurement Contract Of The Activities Mentioned Above Within The Scope Of The Chiajna Municipality Provided For In Law No. 101/2006 Of The Local Sanitation Service As Well As In The Emergency Ordinance No. 92/2021 On The Waste Regime). Within The Sanitation Service, In Addition To Separate Collection Activities And The Transport Of Municipal Waste And Other Flows (Bulky Municipal Waste And Waste From Construction And Demolition), A Public Utility Service Organized, Coordinated, Regulated, Managed, Monitored And Controlled By The Local Public Authority (Chiajna City Hall), The Following Activities Are Included: A. Separate Collection And Transport Of Municipal (Including Similar) Residual Waste; B. Separate Collection And Transport Of Municipal (Including Similar) Biodegradable Waste (Biowaste); C. The Separate Collection And Transport Of Municipal (Including Similar) Recyclable And Packaging Waste; D. Separate Collection And Transportation Of Bulky Municipal Waste (Both Upon Request And Through The Organization Of Campaigns); E. Separate Collection And Transport Of Waste Resulting From Construction And Demolition Activities; F. Collection And Transport Of Abandoned Waste From The Public Domain; G. Hand Sweeping; H. Mechanized Sweeping; I. Emptying Street Bins And Other Public Road Maintenance Activities; J. The Splash Of The Roadway; K. Mechanized Washing; L. Mechanized Washing With Detergent (Hand Washed); M. The Gutter Cleaner; N. Fighting The Polei; O. Plowed; P. Manual Cleaning Of Snow As Well As Manual Breaking Of Ice; Q. Snow Transport; Specific Occasional Activities Can Be Added To These Activities Depending On The Needs And Within The Limits Of The Legal Provisions.
