The Aim Of The Measure Is To Implement High-Quality, Spatially Precise Hall Sound Reinforcement That Is Optimized For Voice Transmission, Taking Into Account The Existing Room Acoustics And Architectural Specifications. This List Of Services Describes The Decommissioning And Dismantling Of The Existing Sound System Components As Well As The Integration Of New Main Sound System, Near-Field, Ceiling And Woofer Loudspeakers With System Amplifiers To Form Complete Electro-Acoustic Sound Systems. Ten Rooms Are To Be Worked On: Large Meeting Rooms (2X Approx. 470 M²), Medium Meeting Rooms (2X Approx. 250 M²), Tower Halls (4X Approx. 145 M²) And Press Rooms (2X Approx. 136 M²). With The Execution Of The Tendered Service, Workshop And Assembly Planning Must Begin No Later Than 5 Working Days After Receipt Of The Order Letter. Since The Project Schedule Must Be Adhered To, A High Level Of Prefabrication Is Required To Ensure A Sufficiently Rapid Construction Process In The Reichstag Building. The Prefabrication Must Take Place In The Workshop In Advance Of The Construction Phase. The Construction Phase With The Installation And Commissioning Work On Site Will Take Place From July 2026 For The Majority Of The Work In A Time Window Of Eight (8) Weeks, Which Requires Parallel Work In The Different Rooms.
