The Solution Must Operate In Saas Web Mode, Allowing Access Via Browser Without The Need For Local Installation, And Must Have The Following Minimum Functionalities: • Gps Traceability Of Institutional Vehicles. • Management Of Audiovisual Evidence Generated By The Mdvr Type Vehicle Cameras Currently Installed In The Fleet. • Real-Time And Delayed Viewing, With The Ability To Search, Download And Manage Recordings. • Cloud Storage, With Secure Backup And Access According To Authorized User Profiles. • Interoperability With Existing Devices, Without Requiring Replacement Or Structural Reconfiguration. Ii. Corrective Maintenance And Hardware Replacement Service Of The Association Of Metropolitan Municipalities For Citizen Security, Associated With The Vehicle Video Surveillance System, Including: Cameras, Mdvr And All Equipment That Is Directly Related To The Correct Functioning Of This Service. The Platform And Maintenance Service Must Guarantee Operational Continuity, Continuous Technical Support, Compliance With Security And Traceability Standards, In Accordance With Current Institutional Protocols.
