These Include, For Example: Measurements, Creation Of Inventory Plans, Recording Of Materials, Surfaces And Their Conditions Additional Services: - Creation Of A Tabular Interface Catalog To Represent The Planning Responsibilities - A Planning Schedule And A Construction Schedule, Each With A Representation Of The Services Of Individual Planning Participants Or Executing Trades And With A Representation Of The Required Additional Work By The Client - Creation Of A Color And Material Concept For Design-Relevant Surfaces And Components Of The Entire Planning Area In Tabular Form And Procurement Of Color And Material Samples. - Carrying Out Sampling Appointments With The Client, Documenting The Results And Incorporating Them Into The Planning - Object Description As A Detailed Written Explanatory Report - Written Recommendation Of Alternative Measures In The Event Of Cost Overruns.
