The Objective Of This Tender Is To Make A Continuous Supply Agreement For The Medications Corresponding To Ethinil Estradiol 0.03 Mg Levonogestrel 0.15 Mg, That Is, The Health Service Establishes A Global Budget And The Requested Medications Are Deducted From This, Without Defining Quantities. Therefore, It Will Be Awarded To A Single Supplier Per Item, For The Available Amount Indicated In Section 1.2 Of The Administrative Bases. The Bidders Must Indicate The Unit Value Per Tablet Of Each Medication - Which They Must Maintain Throughout The Agreement - And That Value Will Be Deducted From The Amount Awarded, According To The Quantities That Are Requested In The Contractual Period.
