Tenders are invited for Provision of Health Insurance Service to the Staff Interested bidders may obtain the bid documents from the Administration Division of the institute upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3500/- in cash between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on weekdays from 12.01.2026 until 27.01.2026. All bidders should submit an unconditional and on Demand bid security to the value of Rs. 70,000.00 drawn in favour of Director General obtained from a reputed commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka valid from 27.01.2026 until 14.04.2026. Further details may be obtained from the Administration Division of the Sri Lanka Institute of Textile and Apparel during the above period. All bids should be valid for a period from 27.01.2026 to 17.03.2026. Sealed bids mentioning & Provision of Health Insurance Service & on the left hand top corner of the envelope may be deposited in the Tender Box kept in the Administration Division of this institute to receive before 2.00 p.m. on 27.01.2026. Pre-bid meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 20.01.2026 at the Meeting Hall of the Sri Lanka Institute of Textile and Apparel. Bids will be opened at 2.00 p.m. on 27.01.2026 immediately after closing of bids in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to be present.
