The schedule of EOI process is programmed as follows; a. The Invitation for EOI documents will be available from 12t1 January 2026, 10:00 hrs to 08^ February 2026, 04:00 hrs at the Chief Finance Manager, Finance Division, Sri Lanka Ports Authority, No. 19, Chaithya Road, Colombo 01, Sri Lanka. b. A pre-EOI meeting will be held on 26^*January 2026, 10:00 hrs at the Finance Division, Sri Lanka Ports Authority, No. 19, Chaithya Road, Colombo 01, Sri Lanka. c. The deadline for submission of EOIs is 9th February 2026, 14:00 hrs. Neither the CPCD Committee nor the Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) will be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by interested parties in connection with the preparation and submission of EOIs.
