Tenders are invited for ANCL Insurance Portfolio Scaled, direct bids are invited from Reputed Insurance Companies for the following policies for a period of one Year from 01.04.2026 (from 01.04.2026 to 31.03.2027) 1. ANCL Main Building & Contents 2. Outstation Building & Contents 3. Machinery & Utensils 4. Material Stock 5. Printing paper stock at Warehouses 6. Electronic Equipments 7. All risk Insurance 8. Personal Accident 9. Fidelity Guarantee 10. Cash In Transit & Cash In Safe 11. Motor Insurance 12. Workmens Compensation Policy 13. Medical Insurance Bidding documents could be obtained by producing an authorized letter from the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Marketing Officer or equal position of the Insurance Company, from the Fund Management Division (Contact 2429431) of the Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited, between 9.00 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. on working days on payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 10,000/-. Bids should be submitted by the Corporate Division of the Insurance Company. Bids from other Divisions, Branches, Agencies, Brokers, etc will not be accepted. Completed bidding documents enclosed in a sealed envelope marked Bid for ANCL Insurance Portfolio on the top left hand corner should be sent to reach the Head of Procurement, The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited, by registered post or deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Procurement Department at or before 2.30 p.m. on 26th January 2026.
