Provision Of Universal And Non-Universal Postal Service The Scope Of The Universal Postal Service Includes The Following Types Of Postal Services: 1. Acceptance, Transportation And Delivery Of Domestic And International Postal Items, As Follows: Correspondent Items - Up To 2 Kg; Small Packages - Up To 2 Kg.; Printed Works - Up To 5 Kg.; 2. Receiving, Transporting And Delivering Domestic And International Postal Parcels - Up To 20 Kg. The Weight Limit For Parcels From Other Countries May Be Higher. 3. Additional Services: Recommendation; Declared Value; Priority Shipments And Non-Priority Shipments. The Scope Of The Non-Universal Postal Service Includes Courier Services Within The Meaning Of § 1, Item 18 Of The Dr Of The Postal Services Act.
