The Estimated Quantity Of Flowers For The Contract Period Of 2 Years Is 164,060 Pieces (Stalks). The Scope Of Separate Heading No. 2 Includes The Supply Of Broad-Leaved Tree Species, Ornamental Coniferous Species, Deciduous Shrubs, Evergreen Shrubs, Climbing And Climbing Shrubs, Root/Container Roses, As Well As The Supply Of Grass Clippings And Grass Mixtures. Estimated Quantities For The Contract Period Of 2 Years Are: - Deciduous And Coniferous Saplings: 3,050 Pieces; - Bushes: 2,930 Pieces; - Lawn: 300 Sq. M.; - Grass Mixtures: 845 Kg. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: - Storage (If Necessary) And Delivery (Transportation) Of The Plant Material Included In The Scope Of The Designated Position, Until The Moment Of Handover For Planting The Objects Specified By The Contracting Authority; - The Loading Of The Plant Species Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor, And The Unloading At The Sites - Of Representatives Of The Contracting Authority; - Deliveries Are Made Upon Prior Request For Types, Sizes, Number And Place Of Delivery; - The Delivery Should Be Completed In No More Than 10 Calendar Days, Counted From The Day Of The Written Request (Or A Longer Period Is Not Expressly Indicated, According To The Conditions For Separate Item No. 2); - If Necessary, Samples Are Presented Before Delivery, Which Must Be Approved By A Representative Of The Contracting Authority (For Separate Item No. 1).
