Delivery Of A New Electric Vehicle For The Purpose Of Providing Social Services In The Municipality Of Montana, As Follows: Delivery Through The Purchase Of One Factory New, Unused Electric Car, For The Purpose Of Providing Social Services In The Municipality Of Montana, For The Implementation Of Financing Agreement No. Bg-Rrp-13.009-0070-C01 Under The Project Installation Of Photovoltaic Systems And Purchase Of An Electric Vehicle, Including A Charging Station For Social Services, Activities Delegated By The State In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Montana Within The Framework Of A Procedure Through The Direct Provision Of Funds From The Mechanism Bg-Rrp-13.009 Installation Of Photovoltaic Systems (Phs) In Existing Social Services, State Delegated Activity And Purchase Of Electric Vehicles, Including Associated Charging Stations For The Provision Of Social Services. Provision Of Warranty Support (Service) Within The Warranty Period, And The Date Of Acceptance Of The Car And Signing Of The Handover Protocol Will Be Considered As The Beginning Of The Warranty Period. The Full Range Of Requirements For The Car Are Detailed In The Technical Specification - Appendix #1, Attached To The Participation Documentation. Upon Delivery Of The Car, All Accompanying Documents Necessary For Its Further Use Should Be Presented, Such As Certificates, Permits, Operating Instructions In Bulgarian, Warranty Booklet, As Well As All Documents Required According To The Zdp And The Current By-Laws. All Costs For The Removal Of Warranty Damage Or Inconsistencies During The Proposed Warranty Period Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. Pursuant To Art. 21, Para. 6 In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Plo Will Be Assigned Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Charging Station For An Electric Car For The Purposes Of Providing Social Services In The Municipality Of Montana With A Minimum Power Of 22 Kw. Estimated Value Is Up To 2,000.00 Euros Excl. Vat And Will Be Assigned In The Order Of Its Individual Value.
