Pursuant To Art. 162, Para. 2 Of The Zut, The Authors Supervision During Construction Is Carried Out By The Designer Under The Conditions And According To The Order Determined By The Ordinance Under Art. 169, Para. 4, And On The Basis Of A Contract Between The Contracting Authority And The Designer, A Natural Or Legal Person, Including In Its Composition Natural Persons Possessing The Necessary Design Legal Capacity, As The Authors Supervision Of All Parts Is Mandatory For Constructions From The First To The Fifth Category Inclusive.
