The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made Food - A Hot Lunch For Vulnerable Citizens Living In The Territory Of The Serdika District, Upon Request From The Moment Of Concluding A Contract With A Selected Contractor Until 31.12.2027, Including: 1. Preparation Of A Hot Lunch, In A Material Base /Kitchen/, Meeting The Requirements Of The Food Act And Related By-Laws; 2. Packaging Of Ready-Made Food In A Way That Protects It From Contamination, In Single-Use Containers And Packaging Approved For Contact With Food, Guaranteeing Compliance With The Principle Of Non-Harm To The Environment; 3. Transportation Of The Hot Lunch To The Consumers Homes With The Vehicles Meeting The Requirements Of The Food Law And The Related By-Laws. The Estimated Number Of Vulnerable Citizens Living In The Territory Of The Serdika So District, Determined To Be Entitled To Receive The Service Is 70 Persons, Distributed According To The Protocol Of The Commission For The Selection Of Users And A Prepared List Of Those Entitled.
