Tenders Are Invited For Development Of The Square Area In Tarnogród Through The Construction Of Small Architectural Objects And Infrastructure As Part Of The Revitalization Project In The Tarnogród Commune - Stage Ii.

4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Development Of The Square Area In Tarnogród By Building Small Architectural Objects Together With Infrastructure As Part Of The Revitalization Project In The Tarnogród Commune - Stage Ii. 4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of Sidewalks With Widenings For Benches And Baskets. 2) Installation Of Benches, Waste Bins And Bicycle Racks. 3) Installation Of Steel And/Or Cast Iron Pergolas. 4) Planting Pergolas With Climbing Plants. 5) Planting New Trees. Removal Of Existing Trees According To Separate Studies. 6) Lighting Of Small Architectural Objects. 4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of: 1) Design Documentation, Including: Detailed Design, Land Development Design, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bill Of Quantities, 4) Conservators Opinion. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, The Contractors Valuation Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1) And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In Larger Quantities Than Those Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities During The Implementation Of The Contract Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 1 Or Stwiorb. If The Content Of The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Contains Any Provisions Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, E.G. Rules For The Introduction Of Additional Or Replacement Works, Acceptance Of Works, Method Of Settlement, Which Are Not Reflected In The Content Of This Swz And The Drafted Provisions Of The Contract Or Are Inconsistent With Them, The Provisions Of The Swz And The Drafted Provisions Of The Contract Constituting An Annex To The Swz Should Be Accepted As Binding.
