3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation By The Contractor Of Construction Works In The Field Of Construction Of Tourist And Recreational Infrastructure Along With The Necessary Construction Equipment In The Tykocin Commune (Design And Build).3.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Design - Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Consisting In Particular Of The Final Multi-Discipline Conceptual Design, Construction Design, Detailed Design, Stwior Execution Cost Estimate, In Accordance With The Conditions Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program, 2) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Developed And Approved Documentation Referred To In Point 1 Above, Regarding The Task Of Building Tourist And Recreational Infrastructure Along With The Necessary Construction Equipment In The Tykocin Commune And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Decision On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, 3) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Documentation, 4) Performing Other Obligations Imposed On The Ordering Party As The Investor Necessary To Design And Build, As Well As Putting Into Use The Investment, And Obligations Imposed On The Ordering Party As The Investor In The Decisions, Approvals And Resolutions Issued For The Subject Of The Order, Arrangements, Conditions.3.3. The Ordering Party Indicates That Although The Functional And Utility Program Attached To This Documentation Also Covers The Reconstruction Of The Bicycle Path (Stage Iii), The Contractor Should Only Use The Part Concerning The Construction Of Tourist And Recreational Infrastructure Along With The Necessary Construction Equipment In The Tykocin Commune (Stage I And Ii). Stage Iii Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Is Not The Subject Of These Proceedings. 3.4. The Execution Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 418, As Amended) (Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Law). 3.5.
