A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is The Following Annexes To This Swz: 1) For Part 1: Improvement Of Energy Efficiency In Public Utility Buildings In The Dąbrowa Commune - The Building Of The Public Primary School In Dąbrowa - Documentation Which Includes: A) Functional And Utility Program, B) Energy Efficiency Audit, C) List Of Works Planned For Implementation (Note: It Is Only An Auxiliary Document), Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu For The Part 12) Annex No. 9 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (For Part 1 And Part 2);3) Draft Provisions Of The Contract For Part 1 Constituting Annex No. 8A To The Swz;3. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Annexes Referred To In Section 2. The List Of Works Planned For Implementation Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. 4. The Offer May Cover The Entire Order Or Selected Parts. 5. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Each Of The Parts Selected By Him.6.
