The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Sports And Recreation Complex Including Three Full-Size Tennis Courts With An Acrylic Surface With Catwalks, One Tennis Court With A Modular Wall And A Padel Court With An Area Of 200 M², As Well As The Development Of Sanitary And Locker Room Facilities In The Form Of Container Buildings, Internal Communication, Lighting, Monitoring And Small Architecture Elements. The Total Area Of The Investment Area Is Approximately 8,370 M². The Option Right Includes The Possibility Of Implementing Stage Ii Of The Investment, I.E. Constructing A Roof For Three Tennis Courts In The Form Of Membrane Halls Along With The Installation Of Internal Heating And Lighting And A Connector With The Back-Up Buildings.
