Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Lębork Forest District Office, Located At Ul. Bolesława Krzywoustego 30H In Lębork (Plot No. 326/3, District Lębork 11).3.2. As Part Of The Investment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Following Scope Of Work:3.2.1. Demolition And Preparatory Works:• Geodetic Marking Out Of The Facility;• Dismantling Existing Partition Walls;• Cutting Window And Door Openings;• Preparing The Area For Expansion, Including Necessary Earthworks.3.2.2. Construction And Masonry Works:• Construction Of Foundations For The New Part Of The Building;• Erection Of Structural And Partition Walls Made Of Silicate Blocks;• Installation Of Prefabricated Lintels And Execution Of The Necessary Ring Beams And Reinforced Concrete Elements.3.2.3. Roof And Wooden Structure:• Construction Of The Roof Structure With Full Boarding And Insulation;• Roof Covering With Trapezoidal Sheets And Installation Of System Gutters And Downpipes.3.2.4. Thermal Insulation And Façade: • Insulation Of Foundation And External Walls With Xps And Eps Polystyrene; • Façade Cladding Made Of Boards On A Wooden Grid And Thin-Layer Plaster, 3.2.5. Joinery: • Delivery And Installation Of New Window And Door Joinery (Pvc/Alu), With Parameters Consistent With Current Technical Conditions.3.2.6. Interior Finishing:• Execution Of Substrates And Floors (Insulation, Cement Screeds Reinforced With Mesh);• Execution Of Internal Plasters And Drywall Construction From Plasterboards;• Filling And Painting;• Laying Of Stoneware Tiles.3.2.7. External Works:• Construction Of A Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones On A Cement-Sand Ballast.3.2.8. Accompanying Installations And Works:• Construction Of New Installations: Sanitary, Electrical And Telecommunications In Accordance With Industry Designs;• Adaptation Of Existing Internal Installations To The New Room Layout In Accordance With Industry Designs;• Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials And Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works.3.2.9. As-Built Documentation• Preparation Of Complete As-Built Surveying And Construction Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit. Bills Of Quantities Are Only An Auxiliary Document. In Order To Obtain The Necessary Information To Prepare A Correct Valuation Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Before Submitting The Offer, The Ordering Party Recommends Carrying Out An Inspection And On-Site Visit. A Site Visit Is Not Obligatory.
