The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works On The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Zagórz Dolina Municipal Community Center For The Purpose Of Establishing A Day Support Facility For Children And Youth.2. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: - Thermal Modernization Works Consisting In Insulation (Of Foundation Walls And Ceiling), - Construction Of Parking Spaces With A Sidewalk, - Renovation Of External Stairs And Roofing Over The Terrace, - Reconstruction Of Partition Walls, - Construction Of Floors, Plasters And A Ceiling Made Of Plasterboards, - Replacement Of External And Internal Windows And Doors, - Construction Of A New Electrical And Lightning Protection Installation, - Construction Of Sanitary Installations (Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Gas Installation).3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bills Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 3.1), Stwiorb And The Bills Of Quantities. The Occurrence, During The Execution Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bills Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than Accepted In The Bills Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration.4. Equivalent Solutions. In Each Case Of Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In The Design Documentation, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Devices And Materials He Uses Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
