The Subject Of The Proceedings Is Replacement And Ongoing Maintenance Of Electrical Installations In Real Estate Owned By The City Of Słupsk And Managed By Pgm Sp. Z O. O. In Słupsk. The Scope Of Work Includes: - Replacement And Repair Of Electrical Installations (Laying Cables And Electric Wires) In Municipal, Residential And Social Premises, Staircases, Attics And Basements In Municipal Buildings - Replacement And Installation Of Electrical Equipment, Fixtures And Electrical Energy Receivers Along With Preparation Of The Ground And Accompanying Works - Carrying Out The Required Tests And Examinations Of The Proper Operation Of Electrical Installations - Performing Current Repairs And Troubleshooting Of Electrical Installations And Electrical Accessories - Implementing An Electric Heating Installation Together With The Purchase Of Heating Devices That Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Contract The Contractors Obligations Under The Order Include: - Providing Temporary Power Supply To Ensure The Operation Of The Installation Until The Fault Is Removed Or The Installation Is Replaced, - Removing Failures In The Field Of Electrical Works In Special Emergency Situations And In Situations Of Threat To Life Or Property (E.G. Burglary, Fire, Theft, Devastation), - Providing The Ordering Party With Information On Necessary Renovations Of Electrical Installations, - Each Time Notifying The Power Plant And The Ordering Party About Broken Seals On Devices And Replacing Power Fuses In Zk Cable Connectors Not Owned By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is The Owner And Producer Of Waste Generated During The Implementation Of This Contract And Is Responsible For The Disposal Of Waste Originating From The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply And Comply With The Regulations In Accordance With The Applicable Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Journal Of Laws 2023.1587, As Amended). At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Document Or Documents Confirming Waste Management In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned Act. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And, Additionally, In The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annexes To This Swz. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex No. 10), Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 11). The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Procedure Described In Point 5.3. Documentation, Applicable Regulations, Standards And On The Terms Agreed In The Contract. The Location Of The Works And The Scope Of The Works Will Be Determined Each Time In A Written Work Order Issued To The Contractor By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Is Not Responsible For The Costs Of Using Utilities Necessary To Carry Out The Works. All Costs Of Utility Consumption Related To The Performance Of The Works Will Be Borne By The Contractor. The Orderin
