The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Volunteer Fire Department Station In Bodzanów Equipped With Two Garage Stalls Along With Technical And Social Facilities In The Design And Build Formula, Taking Into Account Its Implementation Divided Into Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Preparation Of Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation For The Task: Construction Of A Volunteer Fire Department Station In Bodzanów Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure To Service This Facility. 2) Stage 2 - Execution Of Construction Works For The Task Of Construction Of The Volunteer Fire Department Station In Bodzanów In Accordance With The Design Documentation Prepared, Submitted By The Contractor And Received By The Ordering Party, And Obtaining A Final Occupancy Permit Decision. 3) Stage 3 - Authors Supervision. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Including Annexes) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
