The Project Involves A Thorough Thermal Modernization And Adaptation Of The Seat Of The City And Commune Office In Syców, At Ul. To Fire Protection Requirements. Mickiewicza 1, 56-500 Syców Together With A Passenger Crane.4. The Investment Task Will Include At Least The Following Scopes: 1) Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation Along With The Modernization Of The Heat Source In The Form Of A Heating Substation; 2) Replacement Of External Wooden Windows; 3) Insulation Of The Ceiling; 4) Insulation Of The Flat Roof; 5) Insulation Of The Ceiling Under The Unheated Attic (Above The Garages); 6) Insulation Of External Walls; 7) Replacement Of External Doors And Garage Doors; 8) Insulation Of External Walls (Including Garages); 9) Insulation Of The Floor On The Ground; 10) Modernization Of Internal Lighting And Electrical Installation; 11) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation; 12) Construction Of A Passenger Lift In The Building; 13) Adaptation Of The Office Building To Fire Protection Requirements In Accordance With The Existing Expertise And Design Documentation. 5. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Verification Of Design Documentation, Including The Functional And Utility Program; 2) Checking And Sending Opinions Regarding The Tender Documentation Prepared By The Ordering Party, In Particular Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Conditions And Evaluation Criteria; 3) Providing Investor Supervision And Settlement Of Construction In All Necessary Industries, Including: A) Construction; B) Sanitary; C) Electrical.4) Verification Of The Compliance Of The Project With The Functional And Utility Program (All Industries);5) Checking And Supervision Of The Technical And Construction Documentation Prepared By The Contractor;6) Control Of The Quality And Compliance Of The Construction Works Performed With The Project, As Well As Control As Part Of The Investors Supervision Of The Quality Of The Materials Used;7) Supervision Of The Work Schedule, Its Update In Consultation With The Contractor Of The Construction Works;8) Informing The Ordering Party On An Ongoing And Timely Basis, Among Others About Difficulties, Progress Of Works, Delays, Situations Threatening The Timely Completion Of The Task;9) Coordinating With The Ordering Party All Activities Related To Financial Liabilities.
